We really enjoyed our time here. The stuff was exceptional, the breakfast was marvellous, everything was perfectly fine. The location was prime, not too far from Palace Cinema.

The staff was brilliant, super location, had an excellent breakfast. I loved that the cocktail bar was tidy. Hotel offered a bar in the lobby. It's within walking distance of the beach.

The property was fairly clean, the room was airy. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Hamilton Fish & Chips to relax and grab some food. There were free internet and easy to access parking available.

Loyal staff and nice breakfast with a huge variety of options. We were in a double room with television with satellite channels and a radio. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, Port of Felixstowe Container Terminal is just around the corner. Truly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Buttery & Harry's Bar.
Low water pressure in the shower. Beds were too soft.

Good location and staff - parking is provided. Enjoyed blue & berry cafe, it was next door to the hotel and offered nice treats. I liked that there was a bath.

Tidy room and modern interior. Just a 5-minute walk to Felixstowe train station. If you want to explore sutton hoo, choose this place. Hotel's location was good!

we would like to stay there on the next trip on our next trip to felixstowe. the mad house, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. we loved orwell.
